Our Labour Relations Support Services assist the organization in the development of an harmonious environment with equitable outcomes for all workers with proactive solutions to promote employer-employee relations. In a unionized environment, these services also include solutions for grievances and job action through an EDIA lens, as well as coaching and mentoring to ensure EDIA is embedded within all aspects of an organization including, negotiations and the collective bargaining process
